Public offer agreement
Under this agreement, one party is the seller on the one hand, and any person who has accepted the terms of this public offer agreement is the buyer, on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the parties, who have entered into this public offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) addressed to an unlimited number by the seller's official public offer to conclude an agreement with buyers for the purchase and sale of goods of the online store https://uk.natochka-official.com

When purchasing products whose images are posted on the corresponding pages of the site, buyers accept the terms of this Agreement as described below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Contractual relations between the seller and the buyer are drawn up in the form of a public offer Agreement. Click on the site page https://uk.natochka-official.com. in the corresponding section of the button "place an order" means that the buyer, regardless of the status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur), in accordance with the current international and Ukrainian legislation, has accepted the terms of the public offer agreement specified below.

The public offer agreement is public, that is, in accordance with articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms and conditions are the same for all buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur). In full agreement with this Agreement, the buyer accepts the terms and procedure for placing an order, paying for and delivering the goods by the seller, liability for an unfair order and for non-fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement.

This agreement comes into force from the moment of clicking on the "place an order" button, by which the buyer agrees to make a purchase of the service available from the seller and is valid until the buyer receives the service from the seller and pays it in full. 1.4.to regulate contractual legal relations under the agreement, the parties choose and, if necessary, apply Ukrainian legislation. If an international treaty, the consent to be bound by which was granted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, establishes rules other than those established by Ukrainian legislation, the rules of the international treaty apply.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
"Public offer agreement" - a public agreement, a sample of which is posted on the website https://uk.natochka-official.com, and the use of which is mandatory for all sellers, which contains the seller's offer to purchase goods, images of which are posted on the website https://uk.natochka-official.com,, aimed at an indefinite circle of people, including buyers. "Acceptance – - - acceptance by the buyer of the seller's offer to purchase goods, the image of which is posted on the website https://uk.natochka-official.com,, by adding it to the virtual shopping cart and sending the order. "Product" - a trade item (clothing or accessories) that is purchased on the website https://uk.natochka-official.com. posted seller's offer.

Basic concept
1. Site user-a person who visited the site natochka-official.com without the purpose of placing an order.

2. User-an individual, a site visitor who accepts the terms of the User Agreement and wants to place an order on the site natochka-official.com.

3. Buyer-a user who placed an order on the site natochka-official.com for the purpose of purchasing goods for personal needs.

4. Seller-Natochka or other legal entity or individual entrepreneur whose goods are placed in the online store.

5. Online store-an internet site located on the Internet at natochka-official.com, where the goods offered by the seller for purchase are presented, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of goods to customers.

6. Site — natochka-official.com.

7. Seller's page-a page of the site that contains information about the terms of sale and delivery sold by sellers other than Natochka, as well as other information that is essential for concluding and executing a contract for the purchase and sale of goods.

8. The seller's page is available at the link located on the product description Page under the "Add to Cart"button.

9. Product-accessories and other products offered for sale on the seller's website

10. Order-a duly executed request from the buyer for the purchase and delivery of goods selected on the site to the address specified by the buyer.

General provisions
1. The seller sells goods through the online store at natochka-official.com or via Natochka mobile apps for iOS and Android operating systems.

2. By ordering goods through the online store, the user agrees to the terms of sale of goods set out below (hereinafter referred to as the terms of sale of goods), and in respect of goods sold not by Natochka, but by other legal entities and/or individual entrepreneurs, as well as with the terms of sale and delivery of goods posted on the pages of the respective sellers containing information about the terms of sale and delivery of goods by such legal entities/individual entrepreneurs. In case of disagreement, the user must immediately stop using the service and leave the site natochka-official.com.

3. These terms of sale of goods, as well as information about the goods presented on the site, are a public offer in accordance with article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. These Terms and conditions may be changed by the seller unilaterally without notifying the user/buyer. The new version of the terms and conditions comes into force from the moment it is published on the site, unless otherwise provided.

4. The user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) comes into force from the moment the seller sends an electronic confirmation of order acceptance to the buyer when the buyer places an order without authorization on the site.

5. As part of the order, Natochka provides the user with information support for the contract concluded by the user with the seller.

Subject of the agreement
1. The subject of the agreement is to provide the user with the opportunity to purchase goods presented in the catalog of the online store at natochka-official.com.

2. This agreement applies to all types of goods and services presented on the site, as long as such offers with a description are present in the catalog of the online store.

Registration on the site
1. Registration on the site is carried out using the "registration"pop-up window.

2. Registration on the site is not required for placing an order.

3. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the user during registration.

Product and purchase procedure
1. The seller ensures that the goods presented on the site are available in its warehouse. The photos accompanying the product are simple illustrations to it and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. The product descriptions / specifications that accompany the product do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain errors. To clarify information about the product, the buyer should contact the Customer Support Service. If the goods ordered by the buyer are not in the seller's warehouse, the latter has the right to exclude the specified goods from the order / cancel the buyer's order, notifying the buyer about this by sending a corresponding electronic message to the address specified by the buyer during registration. The buyer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information, which resulted in the inability of the seller to properly fulfill its obligations to the buyer.

2. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid order, the cost of the canceled goods is returned by the seller to the buyer in the way in which the goods were paid.

3. The buyer's order is placed in accordance with the procedures specified on the website. After placing an order on the website, the buyer is provided with information about the expected delivery date by sending an electronic message to the address specified by the buyer during registration, or by phone. The manager who serves this order specifies the details of the order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on which legal entity/individual entrepreneur is the seller of the goods ordered by the buyer, the availability of the ordered goods in the seller's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the order.

4. The expected date of delivery of the order to the delivery service is reported to the buyer by the manager serving the order, by e-mail or during a control call to the buyer. The date of delivery of the goods may be changed by the seller unilaterally if there are objective reasons, in the seller's opinion.

Order delivery
1. The goods are delivered by the postal operator in the form of a postal item with cash on delivery. Methods, as well as approximate delivery times of goods are indicated on the website in the "delivery" section; delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the seller.

2. Upon delivery, the order is delivered to the buyer or a third party specified in the order as the recipient (hereinafter referred to as the "recipient"). If it is not possible to receive an order paid for in cash by the above-mentioned persons, the order can be delivered to a person who can provide information about the order (shipment number and/or recipient'S full name), as well as pay the cost of the order in full to the person delivering the order.

3. The cost of delivery of each order is calculated individually, based on information about the seller of the ordered product, the weight of the product, the region and method of delivery, as well as (if necessary) the form of payment, and is indicated on the site at the last stage of placing an order. The seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of receipt by the buyer of the shipment, as this moment is determined in accordance with the current postal rules.

The procedure for delivery and disclosure of items containing goods is determined by the current postal rules.

The user understands and agrees that:
delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the goods purchased by the buyer, which ends when the recipient receives the goods and makes a payment for them. Claims to the quality of the purchased goods that have arisen after receiving and paying for the goods are considered in accordance with the law of Ukraine "on consumer rights protection" and the seller's warranty obligations. In this regard, the purchase of goods with delivery does not give the buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased goods for the purpose of warranty service or replacement, does not allow for warranty service or replacement of goods by visiting the buyer and does not imply the possibility of returning the cost of delivery of goods in cases where the buyer has the right to refund money for the goods as such, in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On consumer rights protection".

Payment for the product
1. The price of the product is indicated in UAH and includes Value-Added Tax if the relevant seller applies the general tax system. The order amount consists of the cost of the ordered products.

2. The product price is indicated on the website. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the goods ordered by the buyer, the seller informs the buyer about this in order to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the order. If it is not possible to contact the buyer, this order is considered canceled.

3. The price of the product on the site can be changed by the seller unilaterally. However, the price of the product ordered by the buyer is not subject to change.

Payment for the product is made by the buyer:
1. cash upon receipt of the order in the amount corresponding to the order amount indicated on the site, including discounts;

2. by non-cash funds using bank cards when placing an order in the amount corresponding to the order amount indicated on the site, including discounts.

Exchange and refund policy
We hope that you were satisfied with your purchase. However, if you want to exchange your order or request a refund, please note that the exchange must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. Please make sure that the product(s) are in their original condition and that the packaging with all attached tags is not damaged. To get alternative products, place a new order on our website or, alternatively, contact our customer support team: natochka.accessories@gmail.com all postal services and exchanges are paid for by the customer.

Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the buyer as a result of improper use of goods purchased in the online store.

Confidentiality and protection of information
1. Personal data of the user / buyer is processed in accordance with the law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of June 01, 2010 "on personal data protection".

2. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of complying with the requirements applicable to the regulation of tax relations, accounting relations and advertising relations. The period of storage and processing of personal data is 5 years.

3. When registering on the site, the user provides the following information: last name, first name, email address, contact phone number and password for accessing the site. By providing their personal data when registering on the site, the user agrees to their processing by the seller, including for the purpose of promoting goods and services by the seller.

The seller uses personal data of the user / buyer:
1. to register a user on the site;

2. to fulfill its obligations to the user / buyer;

3. to evaluate and analyze the site's performance; to determine the winner in promotions held by the seller.

4. The seller has the right to send informational messages, including advertising messages, to the user/buyer's email and mobile phone with their consent. The user / buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for refusal. Service messages informing the user/buyer about the order and its processing stages are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the user / buyer.

5. The seller has the right to use the "Cookies"technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not passed on to third parties.

6. The seller receives information about the site user's ip address www.Natochka.ua. this information is not used to identify the user.

7. The seller is not responsible for the information provided by the user/buyer on the site in a publicly accessible form.

8. The seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the user / buyer. At the same time, the seller undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations, and/or transfer it to third parties who are not directly related to the execution of orders, in accordance with the law of Ukraine of 02.10.1992 No. 2657-XII "on information".

Erwin actions of the public offer
This public offer comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the site visitor/buyer, and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of acceptance of the public offer.
